Bdbagi Terms and Conditions — Know Before You Use

1 General Rules

Bdbagi is an internationally licensed online gaming platform. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between bdbagi and its users ("you" or "player").

Only one account is permitted per person. If the same individual opens multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and all bonuses will be forfeited.

• You must provide your correct name, date of birth, and contact details at the time of registration.
• A copy of your national ID or passport may be required for account verification.
• Mobile banking account details may be required for payment verification.
• Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.
• If anyone under the age of 18 opens an account, it will be immediately closed and any deposited funds will be returned.

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

• Minimum deposit amount is BDT 200 and maximum is BDT 500,000 per transaction.

• Bdbagi reserves the right to withhold withdrawals until account verification is complete.
• Bonus funds can only be withdrawn after the applicable wagering conditions have been fulfilled.
• Any suspicious transaction detected may be held pending investigation.

4 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

The terms governing bdbagi bonuses and offers are important. Accepting a bonus means you agree to its terms. Misuse of bonuses may result in account suspension.

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once.
• To withdraw bonus funds, the specified wagering requirements must be met.
• Wagering requirements are generally 10–30 times the bonus amount.
• Bonus offers must be used before they expire.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all accounts being terminated.

5 Gaming Policy & Fair Play

If a game result is incorrect due to a technical error, that round will be considered void and the wagered amount will be refunded.

• Match-fixing or any form of fraudulent activity affecting game outcomes is strictly prohibited.
• Any winnings obtained by exploiting software bugs or technical errors will be voided.
• Players must follow the dealer's instructions in live games.
• Breaking game rules or disturbing other players may result in a temporary or permanent account ban.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bdbagi. If any such activity is detected, the account will be suspended immediately and legal action may be taken.

• Using the platform for money laundering or concealing the source of illegal funds.
• Creating or operating an account using another person's identity.
• Abusing bonuses by creating multiple accounts.
• Use of hacking, malware, or any other unlawful technology.
• Harassing, intimidating, or disturbing other players.
• Using bots or automated software to play games.
• Credit card chargeback fraud.

7 Account Closure & Suspension

You may close your account at any time. Simply contact the support team and they will process the closure. Make sure to withdraw any eligible funds before closing.

• In the case of voluntary closure, any remaining balance is withdrawable.
• If an account is closed due to a rule violation, the balance may be forfeited.
• A self-exclusion option is available for responsible gaming.
• Once an account is permanently closed, no new account may be opened.

8 Responsible Gaming
